- Executive summary:
The study was conducted under GLP according to standard DIN 51794:2003 (listed in EU A.15 guideline).
The auto ignition temperature was determined in three independent determinations. The lowest value of the auto ignition temperature is 252 °C. This value was determined using 8 drops of test substance. The test substance showed auto ignition after 50 seconds.
Due to safety reasons and according to the guidelines the auto ignition temperature (result of determination) is the lowest value from the lowest valuesof the experiments, rounded down to a whole multiple of 5 °C.
Therefore, the auto-ignition temperature of the test item is stated as 250°C between 1013.0 - 1024hPa.

The lowest auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined to be 252 °Cin the main test.
Validity
The auto-ignition temperatures were below 300 °C and the three lowest results of the tests with 2 K steps were within a range of 10 K. Therefore, the results were considered as valid.
Due to safety reasons and according to the guidelines the lowest measured temperature at which an ignition was observed was rounded to the next lower number divisible by 5, giving a value of 250 °C.
Description of key information
The test item has been determined to have an auto-ignition temperature of 250°C under the test conditions (1023 -1024hPa).
No particular hazard is anticipated in normal conditions of storage.
