First-aid measures

Inhalation:
Immediately remove the victim to fresh air and call a doctor. If stopped breathing, practice artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth.
In case of respiratory discomfort, administer oxygen.

Skin contact:
In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and shoes and rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. See a doctor.

Eye contact :
Rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a doctor

Ingestion:
If swallowed do not induce vomiting. Immediately drink 2 large glasses of water or an aqueous suspension of activated charcoal. Never put anything in someone's mouth when unconscious. Call a doctor immediately.

* Wear appropriate chemically resistant gloves, safety glasses to avoid all situations listed above.

Fire-fighting measures

Use appropriate extinguishing agents to control the surrounding fire. Do not use of water. The product is nonflammable.

Water hydrolyses this material releasing an acid gas, which in contact with metal surfaces can generate flammable and / or explosive hydrogen gas. Emits toxic fumes in case of fire.

Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear full protective gear

Accidental release measures

For non-rescuers : Evacuate area immediately and contact emergency responders.

For rescuers :
Eyes: Wear appropriate eye protection or goggles Chemicals According, appropriate eyes and Face Protection according to the European standard EN166.
Skin: Wear PVC protective gloves to prevent skin exposure.
Clothing: Wear appropriate protective clothing such as Tyvek suits (polyethylene coatings) and steel-toed rubber safety boots to prevent cutaneous exposure.
Respirators: Follow all requirements of the European standard EN 149.

Environmental precautions:
Move the product away from pipelines, surface water or groundwater to avoid contamination.

Methods and material of containment and cleaning: If possible, seal the leaking container.

Absorb the spill with an inert material (eg vermiculite, sand or earth) and then store in a suitable container. Clean up leaks immediately while observing
precautions in the section on protective equipment. Provide ventilation.

Prevent water from entering containers and do not use water for initial cleaning.

Handling and storage

Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not allow contact with water. Do not handle near pipelines, surface water or groundwater.

Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Do not put in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Keep the container well closed. Do not ingest or inhale. Discard contaminated shoes.
Do not eat, drink or smoke in working areas. Remove all protective clothing and equipment contaminated before entering the restoration areas. Do not bring clothes, contaminated shoes or equipment at home.

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store under direct sunlight. keep in a tightly closed container.
Keep under a nitrogen sky. It is recommended to store it in an area for corrosive substances free of water and if possible dammed to prevent leakage outside the storage are

Exposure controls / personal protection

Technical controls:
Provide ventilation or other technical measures to maintain vapors below their respective threshold limit.
Individual protection equipment :
Eyes: Wear appropriate eye protection or goggles According to the European standard EN166.
Skin: Wear appropriate protective gloves to prevent skin exposure such as latex gloves or gloves coated with PVC.
Wear appropriate protective clothing such as Tyvek suits or suits to avoid skin exposure.
Respiratory protection: if the exposure limits are exceeded or if irritation or other symptoms. Use cartridges such as respirator cartridges
North (designed for acid gases, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, organic vapors, dust and mists).

Personal protection during a major spill:
Splash goggles, Tyvek full suit, vapor-proof breathing mask, boots, gloves and self-contained breathing apparatus should be used to avoid inhalation of the product.
Exposure controls related to the protection of the environment:
Do not allow the product to enter the pipes. Any spill into the environment should be avoided. Store the product inside a closed and stemed area.

Stability and reactivity

Reactivity:
Reacts violently with moisture, water and steam producing heat, fumes corrosive toxic.

Chemical stability:
Stable under normal conditions. Avoid extreme heat. Keep dry.

Possibility of hazardous reactions:
Reacts violently with moisture, water and steam producing heat, fumes corrosive toxic. No risk of polymerization.

Conditions to avoid:
Extreme heat should be avoided. Keep stored material in a cool and well ventilated area.

Incompatible materials:
Reacts violently with moisture, water and steam producing heat, fumes corrosive toxic.

Hazardous decomposition products:
Decomposes by emitting chlorine, hydrochloric acid, antimony chloride and antimony oxychloride.

Disposal considerations

Used material meeting the specifications of the Metallic and Chemical Industries may be returned as raw material for reprocessing.
Processing, storage, transportation and disposal shall be in accordance with the local, international, federal, state and provincial regulations.
