Conclusions:
The water solubility of bis(pentane-2,4-dionato-O,O’) zinc was determined based on OECD guideline 105 at a temperature of 20°C. The data on water solubility represent the saturation mass concentration of the test substance in water.
The determined final result for water solubility of the test substance was an averaged value for 3 time points, 24, 48 and 72 hours and was calculated to be 9.1 g/L.

Description of key information

The water solubility of bis(pentane-2,4-dionato-O,O’) zinc was determined based on OECD guideline 105 at a temperature of 20°C. The data on water solubility represent the saturation mass concentration of the test substance in water.

The determined final result for water solubility of the test substance was an averaged value for 3 time points, 24, 48 and 72 hours and was calculated to be 9.1 g/L.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
9.1 g/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C
