The initial three hour hold at about 80°C should have caused any water and ammonia to evaporate off the sample as well as any residual (perfluorohexyl)ethyl alcohol. That gives a % non-volatiles measurement of 28.2%. The remaining solids begin degrading at about 100°C but very slowly, only losing about 0.5% over the course of an hour. With each temperature increase, the rate of mass loss seems to increase marginally until about 250°C where anything left evaporated or sublimed. It has been assessed that therer is no obvious melting point or boiling point for thie substance and that it decomposes slowly over the temperature range between 100 - 250C but then sublimes above this temperature.
