Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the present study conducted with 3-Chlorobenzotrifluoride the LC0 (48 h
and 96 h), LC50 (96 h) and LC100 (96h) was determined to be 50 mg/L, 70.7
mg/L and 100 mg/L, respectively.
Based on these results 3-Chlorobenzotrifluoride has to be classified as aquatic chronic 3, H412 (harmful to aquatic life with long lasting
effects).
