Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In the main test the burning time over a distance of 250 mm is 74 s. This is less than 600 s and 300 s, respectively. Therefore, the test item is calssified as follows: - UN Transport Regulation: The test item has to be classified as readily combustible solid in Class 4, Division 4.1 and packaging group II according to the UN Transport Regulation.- GHS (CLP Regulation EC 1272/2008: Annex 1: 2.7): The test item has to be classified as flammable solid in category 1 (Signal word: Danger) with the Hazard Statement H228 "Flammable Solid" according to GHS and EC 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) Annex 1: 2.7.
Executive summary:

The burning time over a distance of 250 mm is 74 s. This is less than 600 s and 300 s, respectively.

Therefore, the test item is calssified as follows:

- UN Transport Regulation: The test item has to be classified as readily combustible solid in Class 4, Division 4.1 and packaging group II according to the UN Transport Regulation.

- GHS (CLP Regulation EC 1272/2008: Annex 1: 2.7): The test item has to be classified as flammable solid in category 1 (Signal word: Danger) with the Hazard Statement H228 "Flammable Solid" according to GHS and EC 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) Annex 1: 2.7.
