- Details on test solutions:
- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: One stock solution was prepared for each of the five concentrations. The first stock solution was prepared by dissolving BAS 490 F in dimethylformamide (DMF) at a concentration of 5.3 mg BAS 490 F/ml. The stock solution was inverted and stirred several times to aid solubilization of BAS 490 F. Aliquots of the stock solution were diluted with DMF to prepare four additional stock solutions at concentrations of 3.2, 1.9, 1.2 and 0.69 mg/ml. Stock solutions were prepared one time during the test period.
