Contrary to the requirements of the guideline, the determined concentration differ more than 30%. This is however due to the very low concentration of the test item. Therefore, a large difference is also considered acceptable.

Additional information

The result is an overall mean value calculated on the basis of column elution experiment according to OECD 105 at two flow rates: 25.0 and 12.5 mL/h (respective mean values: 2.4 and 6.7 µg/L). The determined concentrations differed more than 30%, but this is considered acceptable as the concentrations were very low.
