Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Any other information on results incl. tables

No statistical analyses were preformed since the balance readings were too low and variable for a line of best fit to have any meaning. Instead a regression slope was imposed on the chosen data point to provide and estimate of the maximum value of vapour pressure at 25°C.

Run 4 was chosen because the sample had been under the vacuum for the longest period prior to this run and so degassing would have to been most complete. The reading at 88°C was chosen as this is the data point which gives the highest estimated vapour pressure at any given temperature when a slope of -1500 K is imposed upon it.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of Arakawa KE-604 has been determined to be less than 8.9 x 10-5 Pa at 25°C.
