Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
Chronic fish toxicity (OECD 210):
In a final decision ECHA requested the chronic fish toxicity test (OECD 210). The registrant takes the position that the data gap (chronic fish toxicity) can be filled by read across to data of the related substance
L-Glutamic acid, N-coco acyl derivs., disodium salts EC: 269-085-1.
Due to the structural similarities between source and target substance, with differences only in the alkyl chain distribution, whereas the C18-alkyl glutamate of stearyl glutamate is also part of the
L-Glutamic acid, N-coco acyl derivs., disodium salt (C8-18/C18 unsat. glutamate), a read across of data is scientifically justified. Moreover, due to the C18 unsat. part in the homologue distribution, the
L-Glutamic acid, N-coco acyl derivs., disodium salt can be considered to represent the worst case substance compared to Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid.
Currently the data requirement chronic fish toxicity (OECD 210) for Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid is under delay. The OECD 210 for L-Glutamic acid, N-coco acyl derivs., disodium salt is still ongoing and has not been finished so far. As soon as the results for the chronic fish study with L-Glutamic acid, N-coco acyl derivs., disodium salt are available, the data will be used for read across to cover the endpoint chronic fish toxicity in the dossier of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid.
