Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

5.4.2.001 (HSDB (2005)/Hine and Mookerjee (1975)): 5.9X10-4 atm-cu m/mole at 25 °C (experimental value).

5.4.2.002 (HENRYWIN v3.20):

Bond Estimation Method for LWAPC Value: 55.2 Pa*(m3/mol) at 25 °C

Group Estimation Method for Log Gamma Value: 54.2 Pa*(m3/mol) at 25 °C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
59.5
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The experimental value of 5.9X10 -4 atm-cu m/mole at 25 °C (pointed out as key data) gives after unit conversion an approximate value of 59.5 Pa*(m3/mol). The value estimation by the use of HENRYWIN v3.20 resulted in similar values which were slightly lower: 55.2 Pa*(m3/mol) and 54.2 Pa*(m3/mol).
