PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: The test substance was weighed separately for each concentration (differential loading) and stirred in M4 medium for approx. 1 hour at 20 °C. The stock solutions 1 and 10 mg/L were clear and colorless. The stock solution 100 mg/L was clear, oil drops were visible on the bottom of the test vessel.
