Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
Additional information
For fish (Danio rerio) the acute toxicity expressed in terms of lethal loadings (LL0, 96 h) of HDI Uretdion was > 100 mg/l. The studies were conducted according to Directive 92/69/EEC, C1 (Bayer Industry Services, 2000).
HDI Uretdion was tested with respect to the acute toxicity towards invertebrates (Daphnia magna) according to Directive 92/69/EEC, C2. After 48 hours effective a concentration value (EC50, 48 h) of > 100 mg/l was obtained (Bayer Industry Services, 2005).
The toxicity of HDI Uretdion to algae (Desmodesmus subspicatus) was assessed performing a study according to the Directive 92/69/EEC, C.3. The nominal values showed 72 h-EL 50 values for the growth rate to be between > 50 mg/l and < 100 mg/l (BIS, 2000).
