Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
lagern. Ärztlicher Behandlung zuführen.
"ENGLISH"
Take affected person to fresh air and place in a resting
position. After intensive inhalation of dust seek
immediately medical advice.
konsultieren.
"ENGLISH"
Keeping the eyelids open, rinse with plenty of water.
If necessary, seek medical advice immediatel
from an eye specialist.
Emergency measure - Skin: Sofort mit Wasser und Seife abwaschen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.
vorzeigen.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse mouth out with plenty of water.
Subsequently aminister plenty of liquid.
Seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Wassersprühstrahl, Schaum
"ENGLISH"
Water spray beam, foam
Product arising from burning: Kohlenmonoxid, Kohlendioxid, Boroxide
"ENGLISH"
CO/CO2, boron oxide
Product determined by test: N
"ENGLISH"
In the case of fire use self-contained respirator.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschüttetes Material unter Vermeidung von Staubentwicklung
aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem Industriestaubsauger)
und in geeigneten Gebinden zur Entsorgung sammlen. Gebinde
gemäß TRGS 201 kennzeichnen und unter Berücksichtigung und
in Übereinstimmung mit den nationalen und lokalen
Vorschriften entsorgen. Beim Aufnehmen des Stoffes Haut- und
Augenkontakt sowie Einatmen vermeiden. Zu diesem Zweck die
unter "Handhabung" beschriebene persönliche Schutzausrüstung
tragen.
"ENGLISH"
Take up without formation of dust with construction proofed
industrial vacuum cleaner or with mechanical equipment (e.g.
shovel, broom) and fill in closable container.
Collect the residues in labelled containers.
Avoid the inhalation of dust/powder/solution and skin and
eye contact.
Cleaning personal should observe the under section
2.3.10 mentioned precaution measures.
Dispose of as a chemical waste product in accordance with
local regulations.
Handling and storage
Beim Umgang in
empfohlen. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sind geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.:::) und ggf. geeignete Schutzkleidung
(z.B.:::) zu tragen. Das Tragen von Augenschutz (z.B.:::)
wird empfohlen. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches
sollten ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung
stehen. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen
Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit ::: gereinigt werden.
Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden
empfohlen. Es sollte ein Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden.
Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der
potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen
aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen
werden.
"ENGLISH"
Working procedures must always be designed so that exposure
by inhalation is minimized.
Closed or at least splashproof equipment should be used
during filling, metered feeding, and sampling.
In the case of handling in open systems, any dust which
forms should be extracted directly at the point of origin.
Respirators (e.g.:::) should be worn in cases where
technical
extraction or ventilation measures are either not possible
or not adequate.
Tested protective gloves and suitable protective clothing
should be worn to avoid contact with the skin.
The wearing of a suitable eye protector is recommended.
Adequate washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the working area.
After contact with the skin, the affected parts of the body
should be thoroughly cleaned using (:::).
Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are
recommended.
A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
In cases where dust may form, potential ignition sources
should be removed from the working area.
In addition, measures should be taken against static
discharges.
Storage: Nur in geschlossenen vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichneten und
bruchsicheren Behältern an einem kühlen, gut
gelüfteten Ort aufbewahren. Nicht bei Temperaturen über
50 °C aufbewahren. Gebinde gegen Herabfallen sichern.
Produktreste an/auf den Behältern vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Store only in original container. Keep containers dry,
tightly closed and at a cool well ventilated place.
For prolonged periods, not above 50°C
Avoid residues on/at the containers.
Secure container against falling.
Label the original container or drums in accordance
with regulations.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Voraussichtlich Fässer (220 l) oder Big bags
