Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Interpretation of results:
- study cannot be used for classification
- Remarks:
- Migrated information
- Executive summary:
Rats (strain not specified; 5/sex/dose; fasted) were administered “Unamide CDX” via gavage at doses of 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, 16,000 or 32,000 mg/kg and observed for 14 days. The robust summary identified this compound as CASRN 68140-00-1, although no information on the composition of Unamide CDX, or the percent or purity of the CASRN 68140-00-1 in this compound, was provided. Mortality was observed in groups administered > 8000 mg/kg: 3/5 at 8000 mg/kg, 5/5 at 16,000 mg/kg and at 32,000 mg/kg. The robust summary does not specify if these results apply to both males and females, although it is presumed that it does not (since the numerator is 5, rather than 10, and because the robust summary states that test substance was
“equally toxic” to males and females.)
LD50 = 7400 mg/kg
