Decomposition with boiling from aproximately 266 °C at 100.6 kPa

The boiling point (decomposition) of the substance Fatty acids, C8-18 and C18-unsatd., esters with neopentyl glycol (CAS 85186-86 -6) was determined with differential scanning calorimetry using ASTM E537 -86 designet to be compatible with method A2 and method 103 of the OECD Guidelines. The boiling point (ca. 370°C) was calculated using an adaption of the STEIN and Brown method, MPBPWIN version 1.43, 2000 US Environmental Protection Agancy.
