Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and
seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area with soap
and plenty of water.

Fire-fighting measures

Product arising from burning: Products arising from pyrolysis: Products of combustion may
contain oxides of carbon and nitrogen, hydrogen fluoride
and soot.
Protective equipment: Protective equipment: A self-contained breathing apparatus
should be worn.

Handling and storage

clothing, gloves and goggles with side shields should be
worn. A NIOSH-approved half-face piece respirator (prEN
140), or full face respirator (prEN 136) should be used.
Combined filters should be of the standard: prEN 141, and
particle filters prEN 143.
Storage: Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated place, in tightly
closed containers. Keep away from oxidisers and strong
acids and bases.

suitable facility. Waste gas treatment to remove nitrogen
oxides and hydrogen fluoride should be fitted.
