Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: After inhalation of product / fumes of fire leave conta-
minated area and provide for fresh air. In the event of
symptoms occurring, seek medical treatment.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes out immediately with large amounts of water with
eye lids lifted. If irritation persists consult physician.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash away with water. In the event of symptoms occurring,
seek medical treatment.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Do not cause vomiting. Rinse mouth out and drink plenty of
water. Seek medical advice immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray jet, foam, dry chemicals, carbone dioxide.
Product arising from burning: In case of fire, product may form: carbon oxide, hydrogen
fluoride, nitrogenoxides.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus.
Wear full protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Do not allow to enter drainage/surface-water/groundwater.
Inform responsible authorities after accidental conduction
of larger quantities. Take up with suitable absorbent
material. Dispose of absorbed material in accordance with
the regulations.
While taking up the substance, prevent skin and eye contact.
For this purpose, wear the personal protective equipment
described under "handling".
Handling and storage
Handling: All working methods must always be designed so that eye
contact with the substance is excluded. Skin contact with
the substance should be avoided. Splash proof equipment
should be used during filling, transfer and metered feeding
as well as during sampling. Safe eye protection (e.g. :::)
is absolutely essential. To avoid skin contact, the wearing
of protective gloves (e.g. :::) and, if applicable, suitable
protective clothing (e.g. :::) is recommended. Eye douches
should be made available in the immediate vicinity of the
work area and their location should be indicated
conspicuously.
Storage: For the storage the original packaging drums or other
unbreakable and correctly labelled containers are to be
used. Keep container tightly closed and secure by suitable
measures against falling down. Close container straight
after use or if empty.
Protect from warming up / overheating. Temperatures
> 250 °C.
Do not use light metal containers. Store away from lyes and
oxidizers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: HDPE-containers.
