Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if not
breathing. If breathing is difficult, oxygen may be given by
qualified personel. Obtain medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with water and continue washing for
several minutes. Obtain medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin with soap and water.
If irritation persists or if contact has been prolonged,
obtain medical attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If patient is fully conscious, give two glasses of water.
Induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention without delay.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Apply alcohol-type or all-purpose-type foams by
manufacturer's recommended techniques for large fires. For
small fires use CO2 or dry chemical media.
Product arising from burning: NOx, COx
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Use self-contained breathing apparatus and body covering
protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Small spills can be flushed with large amounts of water;
larger spills should be collected for disposal.
Extinguish and do not turn on any ignition source until the
area is determined to be free from fire or explosion
hazards.
Wear suitable protective clothing. Avoid contact with liquid
and vapours.
Handling and storage
Handling: Electrically bond and ground all containers and equipment.
Do not swallow. Avoid breathing vapour.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash thoroughly
after handling.
Use with adequate ventilation. General (mechanical)
ventilation is expected to be satisfactory where this produc
tis stored and handled in closed eqipment. Special, local
ventilation is needed at points where vapours can be
expected to escape to the workplace air.
Storage: Keep away from heat, sparks and flame.
Keep container closed.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 20 and 200 liter metal drums.
