Any other information on results incl. tables

The test item is liquid at room temperature. Crystallization or melting of the test item was not observed in the DSC experiments. Therefore an additional investigation of the melting temperature of the test item was performed by placing two subsamples of the test item for approximately 18 hours at -19.0 ± 0.2 °C and at -80.3 ± 1.1 °C. After storage, both samples became very viscous. Accordingly, the melting temperature of the test item is <-80 °C (<193 K).

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The melting temperature of the test item was <-80 °C (<193 K), determined by storing the test item in a freezer.
Executive summary:

The melting temperature of the test item was investigated by DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) according to EC Method A.1., OECD Guideline 102 and OPPTS 830.7200. As the test item is liquid at room temperature, and crystallization or melting of the test item was not observed in the DSC experiments, a two subsamples of the test item were stored in a freezer for approximately 18 hours at -19.0 ± 0.2 °C and at -80.3 ± 1.1 °C. The melting temperature of the test item was determined to be <-80 °C (<193 K).
