Conclusion on classification

Based on the observed ErC50 in the 72 hour algal toxicity study of 0.265 mg/L, the classification criteria for Acute Aquatic Toxicity Category 1 in accordance with 1272/2008/EC are met. Further consideration of the lack of biodegradation observed in a study conducted according to

OECD Test Guideline 301D and the algal toxicity observed above concludes that the substance is also classified as Aquatic Chronic Category 1

in accordance with the criteria set out in 1272/2008/EC. The criteria for PBT/vPvB are not met.
