PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: The test sample (0.0800 g) was dissolved in medium (800 mL) to prepare the stock solution of 100 mg/L. Required volumes of the stock solution and medium were mixed and stirred in a preparation container to prepare the test solution which was divided into each test vessel.
