First-aid measures
Inhalation: Assure fresh air breathing. Allow the victim to rest.
Skin contact: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice. Specific treatment.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists : Get medical advice
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Obtain emergency medical attention.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed:
Symptoms relating to use: Not expected to present a significant hazard under anticipated conditions of normal.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed:
General information: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice (show the label where possible).
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Foam. Water spray. Dry powder. Carbon dioxide. Sand.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Do not use a heavy water stream.
Surrounding fires: Use water spray or fog for cooling exposed containers.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:
Hazardous combustion products: Under fire conditions, hazardous fumes will be present.
Advice for fire-fighters:
Protection against fire: Do not enter fire area without proper protective equipment, including respiratory protection.
Special procedures: Exercise caution when fighting any chemical fire. Avoid (reject) fire-fighting water to enter environment.
Accidental release measures
For emergency responders: Equip cleanup crew with proper protection. Ventilate area.
Environmental precautions:
Environmental precautions: Prevent entry to sewers and public waters. Notify authorities if product enters.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
Clean up methods: On land, sweep or shovel into suitable containers. Minimize generation of dust.
Reference to other sections:
See section. Exposure controls/personal protection
Handling and storage
Technical protective measures: Provide good ventilation in process area to prevent formation of vapour.
Manipulation: Wash hands and other exposed areas with mild soap and water before eat, drink or smoke and when leaving work.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:
Storage: Keep only in the original container in a cool, well ventilated place. Keep container closed when not in use
Storage - away from: Strong bases. Strong acids. Sources of ignition. Direct sunlight.
Specific end use(s):
Specific end use(s): None.
Handle the substance under strictly controlled conditions according to Article 17(3) of REACH Regulation. Rigorous containment should be achieved.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protection: Use gloves and eye protection. Wash hands and eyes with plenty of water in case of contact.
Personal protection: Avoid all unnecessary exposure.
- Respiratory protection: Where excessive vapour may result, wear approved mask.
- Hand protection: Wear protective gloves. In case of repeated or prolonged contact wear gloves.
- Skin protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.
- Eye protection: Chemical goggles or safety glasses.
- Others: When using, do not eat, drink or smoke.
Occupational Exposure Limits:
No data available.
The substance is used under strictly controlled conditions during its whole lifecycle as described under Article 17(3) and Section 2.1 of the Guidance for Intermediates. The substance should be rigorously contained by technical means during its whole lifecycle and procedural and control technologies should be in place in order to minimize emissions and any resulting exposure as described under Article 17(3). Personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used in cases of accidents and where waste is generated. The PPE may be also used as a good practice.
