Additional information

The toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a toxicity study according to OECD guideline 202 under consideration of GLP. The test was performed with water accommodated fractions at nominal concentrations of 100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25 mg/L and the control. The test item concentrations were determined with a validated spectrophotometric method. At test initiation the determined test item concentrations were in the range of 97.0 - 113.2% of nominal concentrations. At test termination in the range of 95.3 - 108.8%. Therefore, the endpoint values are based on the nominal test item concentrations. After an exposure time of 48h the EC50 and the NOEC were determined to be 67.64 and 6.25 mg/L, respectively.
