Test conditions

Test temperature:
20 - 22 °C
Moisture:
80 - 85 %
Details on test conditions:
During the test, artificial soil was used with the maisture content of the test medium controlled in range of 32% to 36% with pH from 6.0 to 6.2. The
test conditions were maintained as follows: temperature of 20°C to 22°C, humidity of 80% to 85% and continuous light with intensity of 400 Iux to
800 Jux.
The mean weights of the test worms at the start and end of exposure both were about 320 mg. No unusual circumstances that might have affected the integrityand quality of lhe study were observed. Mortality was not observed in the control at the end of tbe study.
Nominal and measured concentrations:
1000 mg/kg (dry soil)
Reference substance (positive control):
yes
Remarks:
2-chloroacetamide
