Conclusion on classification

The 96-hour LC50 for fish is 9.1 mg/L, which is the lowest value observed in the 3 acute toxicity studies conducted with the substance in aquatic organisms. The substance is not readily biodegradable in the OECD 301F test. Based on these results, the substance needs to be classified according to the Regulation EC 1272/2008 and the Directive 67/548/EEC.
