Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
Hydrolysis:
The hydrolytic activity of test item was predicted with EpiSuite v4.11, HYDROWIN v2.00 at pH 4, 7 and 9. Based on the calculation, the half-life was 15360 years at pH 4, 15.36 years at pH 7, and was 56 days at pH 9. This indicates that in alkaline environmental conditions the substance will be more hydrolytically degraded than in acidic conditions.
Biodegradation:
The test substance is determined as not readily biodegradable according to OECD criteria.
Henry´s law constant:
The Henry´s law constant value for test item was derived with the formula given in the ECHA Guidance from 2016 (Guidance on information requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.16: Environmental exposure assessment). The value was calculated to be 465 Pa m3/mol. The value was taken as basis for the PNEC calculations for sediment and soil.
Adsorption/desorption:
No experimental studies investigating the adsorption/desorption potential of the test substance are available. Therefore, the Koc and the log Koc were calculated using KOCWIN v2.00 based on the Molecular Connectivity Index (MCI) and based on the log Kow. Calculations resulted in Koc values of 765.5 L/kg (estimation based on log Kow) and 151.5 L/kg (MCI) and in corresponding log Koc values of 2.88 (estimation based on log Kow) and 2.18 (MCI). The mean values of the Koc and log Koc were 458.5 L/kg and 2.53, respectively, indicating that the substance has a low to moderate potential to adsorb to organic soil and sediment particles. These values were taken as basis for the PNEC calculations for sediments and soil.
