Description of key information

Waiving of study:
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Regulation 1907/2006/EC Annex IX section 9.2.1.3, the study “Biodegradation in soil” does not need to be conducted as the test substance is inherently biodegradable. In addition a direct or indirect exposure of soil is not expected. The substance has a low log Kow of 1.98, a low BCF (6.2-22) and a low calculated log Koc of 2.457 and is thus regarded as neither persistent nor bioaccumulative.
