Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the test item was determined with effusion method of vapour pressure balance according to EU A.4 as 3.92E-4 Pa at 25 °C and 2.62E-4 Pa at 20 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The vapour pressure of the test item was also determined to be 500 Pa at 20 °C (Bayer Industry Servies, 2007), however the method used was not suitable to measure small vapour pressures (<10 hPa) due to systematic errors of measurement (e.g. dissolved residue gas). Therefore, the result should be interpreted as <1000 Pa at 20 °C and only used as supporting information.
