Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
ärztliche Hilfe erforderlich.
"ENGLISH"
Remove the casualty to the fresh air. In the case of
breathing difficulties, seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Mit reichlich Wasser ausspülen, ggf. Augenarzt konsultieren.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse out with sufficient quantities of water, if necessary,
seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: Reinigung mit viel Wasser, Seife oder anderen geeigneten
hautschonenden Mitteln.
"ENGLISH"
Clean with large quantities of soap and water or other mild
agents.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Reichlich Wasser trinken lassen. Bei Unwohlsein ärztlichen
Rat einholen.
"ENGLISH"
Get the casualty to drink large quantities of water. In the
case of indisposition, seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
"ENGLISH"
Water mist, foam, dry extinguishing agent, carbon dioxide
Product arising from burning: Kohlenmonoxid, Kohlendioxid, Stickstoffoxide
"ENGLISH"
Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Bei einem Umgebungsbrand ein von der Umluft unabhängiges
Atemschutzgerät tragen.
"ENGLISH"
Wear a self-contained respirator in the case of a fire in
the immediate surrounding area.
Accidental release measures
Staubsauger aufnehmen. Staubbildung vermeiden. In
vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichnete Behälter aufnehmen. Bei den
Arbeiten die erforderliche persönliche Schutzausrüstung
(siehe "Handhabung") verwenden.
"ENGLISH"
Take up the substance with a dust-binding material or
suitable vacuum cleaner. Avoid the formation of dust. Fill
into containers labelled in accordance with the regulations.
The necessary personal protective equipment must be worm
during the work (see "handling").
Handling and storage
sorgen, die den Kontakt mit dem Stoff verhindern. Beim
Umgang mit dem Stoff, insbesondere beim Auftreten von
Dämpfen/Aerosolen oder Stäuben ist für wirksame Absaugung zu
sorgen. Die in der chemischen Industrie üblichen
Schutzmaßnahmen sind zu ergreifen: Tragen von Staubmasken,
Korbbrille, Schutzhandschuhe, z.B. Polyethylen- bzw.
Polypropyleneinweghandschuhe und Schutzkleidung, z.B.
normale Arbeitskleidung. Staub nicht einatmen. Bei
ungenügender Absaugung oder längerer Einwirkung ist
Atemschutz zu tragen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen. Nach
Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen Körperstellen sofort
gründlich mit ::: gereinigt werden. Besondere Hautschutz-
und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen.
Es sollte ein Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden.
Wegen der potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr sind bei
möglicher Staubentwicklung potentielle Zündquellen aus dem
Arbeitsbereich zu entfernen. Des Weiteren sind Maßnahmen
gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen zu treffen. Wegen der
möglichen exothermen Zersetzung des Stoffes bei
Hitzeeinwirkung ist diese zu vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Ensure the use of safe filling, transfer and metered
feeding equipment which prevents contact with the substance.
In the case of handling the substance, particularly if
vapours/aerosols or dusts occur, effective exhaust
ventilation must be ensured. Take the protective measures
that usually apply in the chemical industry: wear dust maks,
tightly fitting goggles, gloves, e.g. made of polyethylene
or disposable polypropylene gloves. Do not inhale dust. If
the exhaust ventilation is insufficient or in the case of
longer exposure, respiratory protection must be worn.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
Sufficient washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the work area. After dermal contact,
the affected parts of the body should be cleaned immediately
and thoroughly using :::. Special skin-protection and
skin-care measures are recommended.
A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, potential ignition
sources must be removed from the work area if there is the
possibility of dust forming. In addition, measures must be
taken to prevent static discharge. Due to the possible
exothermic decomposition of the substance in the case of
exposure to heat, this should be avoided.
Storage: Behälter dicht geschlossen halten und trocken lagern.
Behälter gegen Herabfallen sichern. Lichteinfall vermeiden.
Alle angebrochenen Gebinde sind nach dem Gebrauch wieder
dicht zu verschließen. Produktreste auf den Gebinden sind zu
vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Keep containers tightly closed and store in a dry state.
Secure containers against falling. Avoid exposure to light.
All opened packing drums must be tightly closed again after
use. Avoid product residues on the packing drums.
