- Temp.:
- 20 °C
- Conclusions:
- The relative density of the substance was found to be 1.02 at 20°C.
- Executive summary:
A study was performed to determine the relative density of the substance. The study was designed in accordance with accepted principles in order to meet the requirements of REACH Regulation (EU) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
The method followed is amongst those described in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 (Method A.3) and the OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals (Method 109).
The relative density (D420) of the substance was found to be 1.02.

where
ρwT is the density of water at the temperature of determination (= 0.998 g/mL)
ρw4 is the density of water at 4°C (= 1.000 g/mL)
ρ1T is the density of the suspending displacement liquid at the temperature of determination (g/mL)
D4T is the relative density of the test substance at the test temperature compared to water at 4°C
