Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Mit fluessigkeitsbindenden Material, z.B. Sand, Kieselgur,
Blaehglimmer oder Universalbinder aufnehmen und in
geeigneten Gebinden zur Entsorgung sammeln. Persönliche
Schutzaurüstung (siehe "Handhabung") tragen.
Die mit dem aufgenommenen Stoff gefüllten Behälter
ausreichend kennzeichnen (ggf. gemäß TRGS 201).
Nicht in Kanalisation gelangen lassen. Raum belüften.

Take up with liquid-binding material, e.g. sand, kieselguhr,
expanded mic or universal binder and collect in suitable
packing drums for the purpose of disposal. Wear personal
protective equipment (see "handling").
Sufficiently label the containers filled with the substance
that is taken up (if necessary, according to TRGS 201).
Do not allow to enter drains. Ventilate the room.
Handling and storage
Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsaetzlich so zu gestalten,
dass der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff
ausgeschlossen und die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes
so gering wie moeglich ist. Bei Umfuell- und Dosierarbeiten
sowie bei Probenahmen sollten geschlossene Vorrichtungen
verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte
freigesetzter Stoff unmittelbar vor Ort abgesaugt werden.
Wenn technische Absaug- oder Lueftungsmaßnahmen nicht
moeglich oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz getragen
werden (z.B. umluftunabhaengiger Atemschutz). Auch wenn nur
ein kurzzeitiger Hautkontakt moeglich ist, sind gepruefte
Schutzhandschuhe (z.B. aus Polyethylen) und geeignete
Schutzkleidung zu tragen. Ein sicherer Augenschutz ist
erforderlich. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen
Koerperstellen sofort gruendlich mit Wasser gereinigt
werden. Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu wechseln.

All of the work processes must always be designed so that
skin and eye contact with the substance is excluded and the
exposure as a result of inhalation of the substance is as
low as possible. Closed equipment should be used during
transfer and metering as well as sampling. In the case of
handling in open systems, released substance should be
extracted directly at the point of origin. If technical
extraction or ventilation measures are not possible or are
insufficient, respiratory protection should be worn (e.g.
self-contained respirator). Tested gloves (e.g. made of poly
ethylene) and suitable protective clothing must be worn even
if only short-term skin contact is possible. Safe eye
protection is required. After contact with the skin the
affected parts of the body should be thoroughly cleaned
immediately with water. Contaminated clothing must be
changed immediately.
Storage: Vorschriftsmaeßig gekennzeichnete Behaelter aus Edelstahl
verwenden. Behaelter dicht verschlossen halten und gegen
Herabfallen sichern. Produktreste an/auf den Gebinden
vermeiden. Die Gebinde sind in geeigneten Auffangwannen zu
lagern. Nicht bei Temperaturen ueber 50 °C aufbewahren.

and secure them against falling. Avoid product residues on
the packing drums. The packing drums must be stored in
suitable collection tanks. Do not store at temperatures
above 50 °C.
