Part 792. The physical appearance of the test art icle was observed to be an amber liquid.
The mass spectrum of the test article is consistent with methylvinyl bis(n-ethylacetamido)silane.
This test article meets the specification for physical description and identification as defined in
the PDM. The area percent purity was 76.41 ± 0.06. The most abundant impurities are
triviny ltrimethylcyclotrisiloxane, N-ethylacetamide and 1,3 -bis(N-ethylacetamido )-1 ,3 -dimethyll
,3-divinyldisiloxane. - Executive summary:
The test article was characterized in accordance with EPA (TSCA) Good Laboratory Practices
40 CFR Part 792. Characterization consisted of physical description by visual examination,
confirmation of identity by GC-MS, identification of major components by GC-MS,
determination of area percent purity by GCIFID.
The physical appearance of the test article was observed to be an amber liquid. The mass
spectrum of the test article is consistent with methyJvinyl bis(n-ethylacetamido )silane. This test
article meets the specification for physical description and identification as defined in the PDM.
The area percent purity was 76.41 ± 0.06. The most abundant impurities are
