First-aid measures
INHALATION
Remove to fresh air. Seek medical attention if person becomes unwell.
INGESTION
DO NOT induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
SKIN CONTACT
Wash the skin immediately with soap and water.
EYE CONTACT
Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA
Water spray, carbon dioxide, foam or chemical powder.
SPECIFIC HAZARDS
Smoke, fumes and carbon oxides.
PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN FIRE
Wear full face breathing apparatus and protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Wear protective gloves and, in case of splashes, goggles/face shield too. Evacuate the area and keep personnel away from the spillage area. Shut off the source if it is safe to do so.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
Advise the relevant authorities if the substance enters a watercourse or sewer, or contaminates soil or vegetation.
SPILL CLEAN UP METHODS
Absorb with sand or other inert absorbent. Place in drums for incineration.
Handling and storage
USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Avoid contact with eyes, wear safety glasses or chemical splash goggles. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact, wear impervious clothing such as protective rubber gloves. Avoid breathing mists, wear a disposable mask.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Keep the container closed when not in use, keep away from heat and sources of ignition.
