Additional information

No studies are available investigating the short-term toxicity of Reaction products of lauric acid and oxybis(propanediol) (List No. 700-627-1) to aquatic invertebrates. Using the valid QSAR model ECOSAR v1.00, a 48h-LC50 value of 33.03 mg/L was calculated for its water soluble main component, diglycerol laurate (Hopp, 2011). On the basis of this result the test substance is considered to have only a moderate toxicity to aquatic invertebrates.
