Details on results:
The detector calibration was found to be linear over the range 0 to 3 mg/L of standard solutions in
acetonitrile:water (I: 1 v/v) with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.
No peaks were observed in the chromatograms of the blank solutions indicating that the analytical method was free from interference.
The mean recoveries of fenbuconazole from the method verification samples were as follows: pH4 buffer - 110%
pH7 buffer - 114%
pH10 buffer - 108%

The results indicate that the analytical method was accurate in the quantification of the test substance in water
Conclusions:
The solubility of fenbuconazole at 20°C was found to be 2.57 mg/L in pH 4 buffer solution, 2.47 mg/L in pH 7 buffer solution and 2.17 mg/L in pH 10 buffer solution.
