Description of key information
Whether to decide if a substance is explosive or not , the results of three types of Test series (UN Test series 1 to 3) are employed. This assessment comprises UN Test series 1 to 3 , a shock test with defined booster and confinement to determine the ability of substance to propagate a detonation, a test to determine the effect of heating under confinement, and a test to determine the effect of ignition under confinement. All three test returned a negative result, thus explosive properties could be excluded.
Key value for chemical safety assessment
- Explosiveness:
- non explosive
