Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove individual to fresh air. If respiratory develops,
call a physician.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Call a physician if irritation develops.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush skin with water for 15 minutes.
Call a physician if irritation develops.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Immediately drink water to dilute. Consult a physician if
symptoms develop. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconcious person.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Use carbon dioxide, dry chemical or water spray.
Product arising from burning: Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, Oxides of nitrogen, Oxides
of sulfur
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: In case of fire, use normal fire fighting equipment
including an approved self-contained breathing apparatus
(SCBA).Use water to cool containers.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Air Release: The very fine particles can cause a fire or
explosion, eliminate all ignition sources.
Water Release: This material is insoluble in water. Contain
all liquid for treatment and/or disposal as a (potential)
hazardous waste. Divert water flow around spill if possible
and safe to do so. Notify all downstream users of possible
contamination.
Land Release: Do not place spill materials back in their
original containers. Decontaminate all clothing and the
spill area using a detergent and flush with large amounts of
water. Contain all contaminated water for disposal and/or
treatment.
Handling and storage
Handling: Do not take internally. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and
clothing. Upon contact with skin or eyes, wash off with
water. May form flammable dust-air mixtures. Ground and bond
containers when transferring material.
Storage: Store in a cool dry ventilated location, away from
oxidizers, heat, flame, or other incompatible conditions.
Keep container(s) closed. Store in anti-static plastic bags
in fiber drums away from light.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Import only in preparations.
Packaging of the preparation: 4L -10L Glass or 'Nowpack'.
