About 66.4 % of the particles of the test item have a size of 250 µm, 27.2 % with 500 µm and the other percentage is equally distributed at 125 µm and at 710 and 1000 µm.

Conclusions:
The largest share of particles of the test item had a size of 250 to 500 µm.
Executive summary:

A test using a sieving machine was performed to determine the particle size of the test item. 50 g of the test item were weighted and placed on the top sieve in the sieving machine. Using a speed of 270 rpm the sieving process ran for 10 minutes. The weight of the machine and the sieves was determined before and after the test. The disfference in the mass of the sieves was the proportion of the test items particles at this sieve size. It was detemined that more than 66 % of the test items particles had a size of 250 µm, ca. 27 % have a size of 500 µm. Smaller proportions were equally distributed below 250 µm and above 500 µm.
