Description of key information

- In rats and dogs the absorption of the substance is limited (3-4 % of administered dose absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract);

- The substance accumulates in the thyroid of male rat but this finding is not substantiated by the studies in dogs;

- Only a small quantity of the substance is metabolised in rats and dogs;

- The substance is mainly excreted via the faeces.
