Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling:
Avoid formation of dust and aerosols. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at places where dust is formed.
Avoid breathing dust, vapor, mist, or gas. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.
Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Normal measures for preventive fire protection.
Wash thoroughly after handling. Use only in a well ventilated area.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Store protected from moisture.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Engineering Controls:
Facilities storing or utilizing this material should be equipped with an eyewash facility and a safety shower.
Use adequate ventilation to keep airborne concentrations low.

Personal Protective Equipment:
Eyes protection: Wear chemical splash goggles.
Skin protection: Wear appropriate protective gloves and clothing to prevent skin exposure.
Respiratory protection: Follow the OSHA respirator regulations found in 29 CFR 1910.134 or European Standard EN 149. Use a NIOSH/MSHA or
European Standard EN 149 approved respirator if exposure limits are exceeded or if irritation or other symptoms are experienced.

Environmental exposure controls:
Do not allow material to be released to the environment without the proper governmental permits.
