A number of tests of ready biodegradability have been undertaken either with the substance itself or structural analogues. The results obtained demonstrate ready biodegradability. In addition, the potential for the substance to be readily biodegradable has been calculated using the software BIOWIN v4.10 and the results indicate that the substance is expected to be readily biodegradable.
Simulation tests of biodegradation in water, sediment or soil have not been conducted as the substance can be regarded as readily biodegradable.
