Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The acute oral LD50 for northern bobwhite quail exposed to PBO as a single oral dose was determined to be greater than 2250 mg a.i./kg bw. The NOEL was 486 mg a.i./kg bw, based on the loss in body weight among females at 810 mg a.i./kg during the first three days only.
