First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Für Frischluft und ruhige Lagerung sorgen, bei

Atemstillstand Atemspende.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Reichlich Wasser in kleinen Portionen trinken lassen. Kein

Verpackung oder Etikett vorzeigen. Hinweis für den Arzt:

Material ist ätzend.

vermeiden. Staubentwicklung auf ein Mindesmaß reduzieren.

Das verschüttete Material zur Aufarbeitung oder Entsorgung

mechanisch ( z.B. mit baumustergeprüftem

Industriestaubsauger) aufnehmen und ordnungsgemäß entsorgen.

Die (Abfall-)behälter gemäß der TRGS 201 kennzeichnen.

Das verschüttete Produkt nicht in die Kanalisation und

Gewässer gelangen lassen. Örtliche behördliche Vorschriften

beachten.

contact with the eyes and the skin. Keep unprotected persons

away from the substance. Avoid inhaling mists and vapours.

Reduce dust formation to a minimum. Pay attention to the

wind direction.

Take up the spilled material for the purpose of recovery

or disposal mechanically (e.g. using an industrial

vacuum cleaner of approved type) and dispose of

properly. Label the (waste) containers in accordance

with national regulations. Do not allow the spilled

product to enter drains and aquatic environemtns.

Observe local, official regulations.

Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,

dass der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff ausgeschlossen

ist. Das Einatmen des Stoffes ist zu vermeiden.

Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei

Probenahmen sind nach Möglichkeit geschlossene bzw.

zumindest staubdichte Vorrichtungen zu verwenden.

Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub

unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden.

Für den Fall, dass technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen

nicht möglich oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz

getragen werden.

Auch wenn nur ein kurzzeitiger Hautkontakt möglich ist, sind

geprüfte Schutzhandschuhe und geeignete Schutzkleidung zu

tragen. Ein sicherer Augenschutz ist unbedingt erforderlich.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereichs sollten

ausreichend Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie

Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig

gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die

betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich gereinigt werden.

Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu wechseln.

Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen

werden empfohlen. Es ist ein Hautschutzplan aufzustellen.

Angebrochene Behälter wieder sorgfältig verschließen. Nicht

mit alkalischen Stoffen zusammenbringen. Nicht mit Wasser,

Alkoholen oder ähnlichem zusammenbringen.

Allgemeine Regeln des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes beachten.

Feinstäube können unter Umständen zu Staubexplosionen

führen. Daher potentielle Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich

entfernen und Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen

treffen.

All of the work processes must be designed in such a way

that skin and eye contact with the substance is excluded.

Inhalation of the substance is to be avoided. As far as

possible, closed or at least dustproof equipment is to be

used during filling and metering work as well as during

sampling. In the case of handling in open systems, any dust

which may form should be removed by means of local exhaust

ventilation. If technical exhaust ventilation or ventilation

measures are not possible or are inadequate, respiratory

protection should be worn.

Even if there is only the possibility of short-term skin

contact, tested gloves and suitable working clothes must be

worn. Safety-assuring eye protection is absolutely

essential. Sufficient washing facilities should be

available in the immediate vicinity of the work area. Eye

douches should also be provided and their location

conspicuously marked. After skin contact the affected parts

of the body should be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

Contaminated clothing must be changed immediately.

Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are

recommended. A skin-protection plan must be drawn up.

Carefully reclose opened containers. Do not put together

with alkaline substances. Do not put together with water,

alcohol or similar substances.

Observe the general rules for preventive fire protection.

Under certain circumstances, fine dusts may result in dust

explosions. Consequently, remove potential ignition sources

from the work area and take measures to prevent static

discharges.

Storage: Behälter dicht geschlossen halten, gegen Herabfallen sichern

und an einem kühlen, gut gelüfteten Ort aufbewahren.

Ungeeignetes Material für Lagerbehälter, Gebinde und

Rohrleitungen: Leichtmetalle und ihre Legierungen, Eisen,

Zink.

und in der nächsten Verfahrensstufe eingesetzt werden.
