First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Mettre à l'air frais. Consulter un médecin en cas de malaise
ou d'exposition prolongée.
"ENGLISH"
Move exposed person to fresh air. Seek medical attention if
you feel unwell or if exposure prolongs.
minutes. En cas d'irritation, consulter un médecin.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 10
minutes. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: Enlever les vêtements souillés. Laver à l'eau et au savon
les parties du corps souilées.
"ENGLISH"
Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected skin with soap
and water.
Boire beaucoup d'eau.
"ENGLISH"
Wash out mouth with water. Drink plenty of water.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Eau pulvérisée, mousse, poudre, dioxyde de carbone.
"ENGLISH"
Water spray, dry powder, foam and carbon dioxide may be
used.
"ENGLISH"
Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and
nitrogen together with some hydrochloric acid gas and some
soot.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Appareil respiratoire autonome.
"ENGLISH"
A self-contained breathing apparatus should be worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Porter des vêtements protecteurs appropriés (voir 2.3.10).
Laver
le site pollué à l'eau. Empêcher le déversement dans les
cours d'eau.
"ENGLISH"
Wear suitable protective clothing (see 2.3.10).
Sweep up wet powders with water, for liquids absorb using a
suitable absorbent material (eg. kieselguhr, sand, saw dust
etc.). Transfer to labelled containers and dispose of by
incineration in accordance with local regulations. Wash
spill site with water. Prevent release to water courses.
Handling and storage
"ENGLISH"
Ensure adequate ventilation. Observe the usual precautions
for handling chemicals. If the substance is handled as
powder, avoid inhalation, ingestion and contact with skin
and eyes. Wear suitable protective gloves, safety goggles
and a dust mask.
statiques.
"ENGLISH"
Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry area with
adequate ventilation. Avoid dust residue outside the
containers. Take precautionary measures against static
discharges.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Ciba FP-60, tonneau en polyéthylène dans un emballage de
carton fermé.

622: Recovery by filtration.
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: 630: Neutralisation, pas spécifié.
630: Neutralisation, not specified.
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Non applicable.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: 660: Incinération, pas spécifié.
660: Incinerate, not specified.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Pas approprié.
"ENGLISH"
Not suitable.
If, however the substance should enter a waste water
purification system it can be removed by membrane filtration
or by floculation with cationic agents or by treatment with
ozone. The most effective method is the membrane
filtration: more than 99% of the remaining dyestuff can be
removed from the waste water.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: Aucun.
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Non applicable.
Public at large - Possibility of neutralisation: Non applicable.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Non applicable.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Non applicable.
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Non applicable.
"ENGLISH"
The substance will only enter the public domain in the form
of dyed articles which can be disposed of as domestic waste.
