Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If you feel unwell, seek medical
advice. Remove patient from danger zone. In case of
breathing difficulties rush to hospital.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with gently running water for 15
minutes, maintaining eyelids open. Consult an
ophthalmologist or a physician.
Emergency measure - Skin: Rinse skin immediately with copious amounts of water.
Immediately remove contaminated clothing. Consult a
physician if any symptoms develop.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this
container or label.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray, foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide.
Product arising from burning: Carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Fire fighters should wear appropriate protective equipment
and self-contained breathing apparatus with a full face-
piece operated in positive pressure mode. Fight fire in
early stages if safe to do so. Containers at risk from fire
should be cooled with water and, if possible, removed from
the danger area. Do not let enter contaminated extinguishing
water into the soil, groundwater or surface waters.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Take up avoiding formation of dust. Fill into labelled,
sealable containers. Ensure adequate ventilation/exhaust
ventilation. Keep unauthorized persons away. Use the
necessary personal protective equipment when handling.
Handling and storage
Handling: When handling the usual precautionary measures for chemicals
have to be observed. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and the
inhalation of dust. When exposure cannot be prevented
adequately controlled, appropriate personal protection
equipment should be worn, i.e. protective clothing,
chemical-resistant gloves and goggles. After contamination
with product change the gloves immediately and remove them
according to relevant national and local regulations. In
case of dust formation wear respiratory protection:
combination filter against organic vapours and particles,
e.g. DIN 3181 ABEK-P2. Ensure effective ventilation. Vent
waste air via suitable separators or scrubbers. Wash hands
before breaks and end of work. Keep work clothes separate.
Keep away form sources of ignition. Precautions should
generally be taken against electrostatic charges according
to the equipment used and the way the product is handled and
packaged.
Storage: Store sealed in original container in a cool, dry place.
Protect form moisture. Keep storage area clean and well
ventilated. Vent waste air via suitable seperators or
scrubbers. Storerooms are to be maintained according to the
principles of a good industrial hygiene. Containers that
have been opened are to be tightly closed after use. Avoid
contamination of containers with the product. Keep away from
sources of ignition. Precautions should generally be taken
against electrostatic charges according to the equipment
used and the way the product is handled and packaged. Do not
let enter contaminated water into soil, groundwater or
surface waters.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Kegs with PE-inliner (20-25 kg).
