Additional information

Key study: A 7 day early stage toxicity test was performed by Marchini et al. (1992) in freshly hatched larvae from Pimephales promelas (< 24h old). 7d-NOEC values in Pimephales promelas larvae, based on mortality and sublethal effects (growth), were 5.86 mg/L and 2.1 mg/L, respectively. The 7d-LC50 was determined to be 6.65 mg/L based on mortality of larvae after 7 days of exposure to the test item.
