Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The approach given on the ECHA Guidance R.10 could not be followed, as the test substance was insoluble in water, and the test results consistently demonstrated that no acute toxic effects was observed at the highest achievable test concentrations, which varied from 0.05 to 0.1 mg/L.

The test concentration in the STP test was most probably a nominal concentration (details were not available).

Conclusion on classification

The lowest determined NOEC on algae >= 0.08 mg/L, the solubility limit of the substance, indicate that the substance possesses no acute toxicity at levels up to water solubility.
