Under REACH only data on ready biodegradability are required for a transported isolated intermediate.
Zorgol 48 (1-Hexanol, 2-ethyl-, manuf. of, by-products from, distn. Residues) (2.98 mg C/L) was found to be inherently biodegradable in a sealed vessels ready biodegradability test (ISO 14593:2005; and OECD TG 310),
