Description of key information
Compositional complexity of the substance makes experimental determination of a single Kow value impossible. In addition, the substance has been determined to have surface-active properties, rendering both of the standard Kow test methods, HPLC and shake-flask, inapplicable and potentially making Kow estimation from separate water and octanol solubilities unreliable. A combination of QSAR calculated and other reported values for substance constituents (taken to be applicable at 25C and one atmosphere pressure) has therefore been used to determine a log Kow range applicable to the whole substance.

The low Kow range has been determined to be -0.82 to 0.71.
